1. Introduction

The estimated delivery period is 15 to 20 calendar days from order confirmation unless another period is displayed or agreed.

Delivery dates are estimates. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated period and, unless another period has been agreed, within any maximum period required by applicable law.

Risk of loss or damage normally passes to a consumer when the goods are physically received by the consumer or a person identified by the consumer, other than the carrier. Different rules may apply where the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by us.

UK consumers generally have the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods. After notifying us, the goods must generally be returned within a further 14 days.
